Australian murderer loses bid to eat Vegemite in prison

A convicted Australian murderer lost a legal challenge against Victoria prison rules banning Vegemite, after arguing the spread was part of his cultural rights. The court sided with prison authorities, who say Vegemite can mask contraband smells or be used to brew alcohol.
